| Please note, however, that these ratings only indicate the overall readiness for the devices to be secure, they are not meant to be taken as indication exactly how secured the devices are at the moment with concerns to possible other factors that Applixure is not monitoring or able to monitor at the present time. |
Devices security readiness
Unknown
This status indicates devices from where no security -related information has been received just yet. For devices that persist in this stage, it is possible that there's an issue with Applixure Agent being able to update itself or sending any data.
Good
This status indicates devices with:
- TPM chip in use and disk encryption (BitLocker) in use or
- TPM chip in use and disk encryption (BitLocker) not available at all or
- TPM chip not available but disk encryption (BitLocker) in use
Poor
This status indicates devices with:
- TPM chip available but not in use
Partial
This status indicates devices with any other TPM/disk encryption combination not covered with the Unknown, Good or Poor statuses.
Operating system security readiness
Unknown
This status indicates devices with:
- From where no security -related information has been received just yet or
- Anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewalling and OS automatic updating having unknown health state
Good
This status indicates devices with:
- Anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewalling reporting good health state and OS automatic updating reporting either good or unknown health state
Poor
This status indicates devices with:
- Anti-virus reporting poor health state or
- Anti-spyware reporting poor health state or
- Firewalling reporting poor health state or
- OS automatic updating reporting poor health state
Partial
This status indicates devices with any other combination not covered with the Unknown, Good or Poor statuses.
User account security readiness
Unknown
This status indicates devices from where no security -related information has been received just yet. For devices that persist in this stage, it is possible that there's an issue with Applixure Agent being able to update itself or sending any data.
Good
This status indicates devices with:
- No additional active local users in local administrators group and no direct domain user memberships in local administrators and with built-in Administrator -account in disabled state
Poor
This status indicates devices with:
- Some additional local user account in local administrators group or
- Direct domain user account memberships in local administrators group
Partial
This status indicates devices with any other combination not covered with the Unknown, Good or Poor statuses.
