What causes this alert/warning?

This alert is created when using SSD disk in an operating system that does not fully support them, lacking for instance a support for Trim command.

Proper support for SSD disks in Windows systems came after Windows 7 and for servers after Windows Server 2008 R2.

Operating system is older than Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

How should I react?

Using SSD system disk without proper support can reduce disk's lifespan considerably. Consider updating operating system to newer version with proper support for the use of SSD disks.

Which resources are affected?

In devices dashboard clicking the alert name, in alert list, filters the dashboard device list to contain all devices with the same alert.
Clicking 'Show more' link in the alert box expands the container to show the list of all affected devices.
