What causes this alert/warning?
User-forced shutdown is a situation where device have been forcefully shut down. It can also be a result of user shutting the device down in a wrong way.
Applixure Agent is monitoring shutdown events reported by the Operating System. If it finds an unexpected shutdown event (event ID 41 for Windows) it reports an error. If those errors are happening on frequent interval then this alert is shown for the device.

- More than 3 events in the past 30 days period
How should I react?
This alert may indicate issues with the device hardware or drivers, the normal operating system shutdown getting stuck or interrupted, or incorrect shut down methods by the user.
Which resources are affected?
In device dashboard clicking the alert name, in alert list, filters the dashboard device list to contain all devices with the same alert.
Clicking 'Show more' link in the alert box expands the container to show the list of all affected devices with the same alert.
