What causes this alert/warning?
Applixure Agent is monitoring event log and detects when application crash event, event code 1000, is created by Windows. On Mac, application crash events are recorded in the crash dump log files. If the process raising the event is not visible it's considered to be background software.
This alarm is caused by a background-running software product that is experiencing frequent crashing issues.

- Process is not detected as having had visible UI during the time of crash
How should I react?
While the crash may not necessarily be visible to the user, this may indicate bad software quality or environmental factors. Furthermore, processes crashing on background might have effect on some visible application process from the same application suite if the application is architectured to use multi-process such as modern browsers.
Report this error to the software manufacturer or check if there is a updated version of the software.
Which resources are effected?
In software dashboard clicking the alert name, in alert list, filters the dashboard software list to contain all software with the same alert.
Clicking 'Show more' link in the alert box expands the container to show the list of software with the same alert. Under each software there is list of all affected devices.
