What causes this alert/warning?
Applixure Agent measures logon from the point when user credentials are validated to the estimated end point which is determined using the time when shell (mainly explorer.exe) is started and Agent session is started. End time is an estimate between those two (emphasis towards shell).
If the average time to logon to usable desktop on this device is taking over twice the time from what it took 6 months ago then this alert is shown.
Threshold values
- Logon time more than 10 seconds
- Logon time over twice the average of 6 months ago
How should I react?
If the problem continues it can indicate problems with the environment settings or the device itself.
Some fixes that might help:
- Turn off all unnecessary startup applications and processes
- Turn off all unnecessary Background Apps
Which resources are affected?
