What causes this alert/warning?
Applixure Agent is monitoring event log and detects when application crash event, event code 1000, is created by Windows. On Mac, application crash events are recorded in the crash dump log files. If the program raising the event is not visible it's considered to be background software.
This alert is created when multiple background-running software products are causing crashing events on devices.

- At least 5 different background-running software products have crashing application(s) on same device
How should I react?
While the crash may not necessarily be visible to the user, this may indicate bad software quality or environmental factors. It might be possible to find out the reason for software crash from Windows event log.
Report this error to the software manufacturer or check if there is a updated version of the software.
Which resources are affected?
In software dashboard clicking the alert name, in alert list, filters the dashboard software list to contain all software with the same alert.
Clicking 'Show more' link in the alert box expands the container to show the list of software with the same alert. Under each software there is list of all affected devices.
