What causes this alert/warning?
Software can be set as unapproved in Applixure Software details page under 'Product attributes' setting the 'Is approved' to 'No'.
This warning is caused by Applixure agent reporting unapproved software still deployed on a computer after 2 weeks.
Software still in use after 14 to 60 days it was marked as unapproved.
How should I react?
Unapproved software should be removed from the devices still using it or it's should be changed to 'Approved' if it's use is still allowed.
Which resources are effected?
In software dashboard clicking the alert name, in alert list, filters the dashboard software list to contain all software with the same alert.
Clicking 'Show more' link in the alert box expands the container to show the list of software with the same alert. Under each software there is list of all affected devices.
