What causes this alert/warning?
Unexpected shutdown is a situation where operating system has been shut down "uncleanly", causing it to recognize on next startup that the shutdown did not finish properly. This may be due to device becoming totally unresponsive and have to be forcefully shut down or if user shuts the device down in a wrong way such as removing the power forcefully.
Applixure Agent is monitoring device event log, if it finds an unexpected shutdown event (event ID 41 or/and 6008) it reports an error. If those errors are occurring in a high number of devices then this alarm is shown.
