What causes this alert/warning?

This alarm is caused by a driver-releted problems, such as malfunctioning driver for peripheral or hardware component, in a high number of devices.

Depending on the hardware or the driver having the problem, user’s, or operating systems, ability to fully use all the functionality on the device may be impacted.

Threshold values

• Other driver errors than the ones with error codes: 22 (disabled by user) and 28 (device's drivers are not installed)
• Over 25% of devices.

How should I react?

Check that the devices are using correct drivers and install updates if necessary.

If correct drives are installed, make sure the device itself is working properly and service it if necessary.

Which resources are affected?

In devices dashboard clicking the alert name, in alert list, filters the dashboard device list to contain all devices with the same alert.

Clicking 'Show more' link in the alert box expands the container to show the list of all affected devices.
